  I have provided a relaxation mp3 file which you can download to your computer and play at your leisure. The relaxation procedure is about 15 minutes long but it seems longer when you do it.
  I found this really good when I have felt more fatigued than usual.
  
  To download - Right Click on the link "Relaxation Download" below and then select "Save Target As" - I suggest you save it to your desktop so it's easy to find once it's downloaded.
