Monitoring Fatique finished 29th Jan 2007
I finished a 4 week cycle of monitoring how I felt physically and mentally
during the day. This was all started by an appointment with an OT
At first I was a bit sceptical that this would do anything, but it did.
By keeping a record it highlighted for me that the worst times of the day, which were, first thing in the morning and then about 1pm.
I have included a link to the basic document called "Time" for you to download.
Basically if you want to try this just record physical and emotional changes through the day. After a couple of weeks you should see a trend starting to form.
Once you know you then have to decide what action to take to help yourself through those times.
Here's the link Time
You will need Microsoft Word to view this document. To save right click on the link and select "Save Target As", then select a place on your computer to save it.
Completed Amalgam Detox week 9.5 14/5/06
Finally finished the NDF drops, symptoms now are feeling very dry, and mouth ulcers have returned. Also had probs with back and neck. Whether this has something to do with it I can't say. Weakness in right leg and foot.
Amalgam Detox week 3 - 23/3/06
Into week three now and have found out from my dentist that the NDF drops last approx 2-3 months so still some way to go. But all the mouth ulcers have gone, still feeling ultra fatiqued at the moment, mainly wobbly legs.
Amalgam Detox week 2 - 16/3/2006
Things have calmed down a little, the ulcers are going but my legs still feel wobbly, it's as if, everytime the mercury or heavy metals are on the move, I get symptoms.
Amalgam Detox Started 9/3/2006
Following on from having my amalgam fillings removed (7 in total), I had to wait three months
before I could start to detoxify my body of heavy metals. This is because when the last filling
is removed the mercury levels in the body increase and it takes 90 days for everything to settle.
I have started taking the NDF drops today and over the first week felt quite rough and wobbly,
pretty much the same effect as when I had an amalgam removed. My whole mouth cam up in about
8 ulcers, which is one of my weaknesses
